Lodge Porter/Receptionist

Hours: 42 per week (including days, nights and weekend shifts)

The Porters/Receptionists are the face of the College and deal with all members of, and visitors to, the College, in addition to any security issues. You should be friendly and welcoming, with good interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to problem-solve spontaneous incidents and work flexibly and independently.

This is a full-time post working an average of 42 hours per week. Porters work 12-hour shifts (7.00 am to 7.00 pm and 7.00 pm to 7.00 am) on a 16-day rota (4-day shifts, 4 days off, 4-night shifts, 4 days off ), throughout the year. This includes weekends and bank holidays.
