Bishop Young CofE Academy is a vibrant academy in the heart of Seacroft, Leeds. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Lead and drive the ethos and culture of the Academy
- Can successfully teach all aspects of KS3/4 DT
- Is an inspirational leader and role model to colleagues and students
- Is someone with high expectations for all and who is able to encourage and enthuse students to achieve their full potential
- A highly motivated and committed leader who will lead the DT Department at BYA and who will work collaboratively with other DT subject leads across the Trust
- A colleague who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive team
- A team-player who can develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
- Friendly, welcoming academies with a strong Christian ethos as well as enthusiastic, well-motivated colleagues
