Full Job Description

  • Contribute to the execution of Brands plans as per agreed Cycle Plan of each market to deliver effective campaigns implementation

  • Support NPI process as project custodian including product, packaging briefing, coordination, and monitoring of project delivery on time and in full

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and LM to develop aligned plans & priorities, resolve project issues and secure support necessary to assure project delivery Lead & guide on the execution of sharp briefs enabling packaging development, product & productivity diagnostics/development, consumer research, NPI and procurement.

  • Ensures that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters

  • Managing adaptation of Global campaigns to Local deployment

  • Ensuring brand guidelines compliance in all aspects of in-market deployment.

  • Provide regular updates on projects to Brand Manager on all projects & respective budgets

  • Other BAU responsibilities: POs, Project briefs, Performance Updates, Analytics and Insights

  • What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

    We are looking for a dynamic, curious, and self-driven talent to join our Brands Team in Chiswick London. You will be involved in THP category projects in markets in Western Europe Area to deliver the Category business objectives in line with the company strategy.,
  • A Bachelor's degree ideally in relevant fields Marketing/Project Management/Business Management

  • A passion and love for consumer brand marketing

  • A good understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement and best practice

  • Great Organisational skills

  • An ability to work with and use data to support the team and engagement activities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A proactive and self-driven approach to objectives

  • An agile, creative, and collaborative working style

  • IT skills - basic use of the following packages: word, excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook

  • Eligible to work in the UK


  • Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
  • Microsoft Office

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems

  • Product, Processes & Systems Training will be provided
