Full Job Description

We understand that Talent Acquisition is more than just a recruitment process. As a team, we deliver a 360-degree recruitment service to the business, and we are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us.
With experience gained in an in-house environment as a Resourcing Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar, you will be skilled at direct sourcing activities and passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.

Here are some of the key things we take accountability for:

  • Define attraction and selection activities for the vacancies in your care, ensuring role aligned and effective recruitment at all times.

  • Developing solid relationships with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service, leading the end to end recruitment process.

  • Providing insight, data and candidate feedback to advise and guide decision making.

  • Build strong and diverse candidates talent pools to support our direct attraction strategy.

  • Identify creative candidate sourcing mediums to ensure an appropriate flow of suitable candidates.

  • Get involved in projects and initiatives, supporting our Talent Acquisition strategy., Non-Contributory Pension - 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%) with further pension matching.

  • Parental leave - 6 months full pay

  • 28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (based on full-time equivalent) with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days holiday

    With demonstrable experience in an in house recruitment environment and being responsible for the full recruitment process, you will have with first class customer and candidate management skills.
