• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement


• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc


• Shooting and editing social content


• Monitor social media channels for trends, content ideas, insights, and opportunities


• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner


• Creating and sending gorgeous emails for marketing


• Analyze social media data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing


• Liaising with influencers and content creators
  
  Proven work experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role


• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices


• Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations


• Strong creative and content skills - you must be able to capture and edit social content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content


• Familiarity with social media analytics tools


• Ability to multitask and prioritise


• Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
