Are you a skilled Site Manager seeking an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment? Look no further! Our company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Site Manager to join our fantastic team due to the relocation of our existing Site Manager.

Eaton Valley Primary school is a thriving school with amazing children, families and staff. We are passionate about providing high quality and varied learning that inspires, raises aspirations, and enriches lives, enabling all children to flourish.

You will be responsible for the security, improvement, maintenance and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds. You will need good interpersonal skills and must be trustworthy, reliable, punctual and be able to work as part of a team. The successful applicant will be flexible and proactive in their work. A good range of skills and experience including building and grounds maintenance, general DIY and cleaning are required, along with knowledge of health and safety and experience of supervising and motivating staff. You will also be required to undertake the first aid at work qualification and become one of the school's first aiders.

  • Please note that this is a 52 week contract and not term-time only. You will be required to work during some of the school holidays.

    Hours of work will be 7.00am-3.00pm 4 days a week and work a split shift 1 day per week 7.00-10.00am and 2.00-6.30pm.- Specific days can be negotiated on appointment. There may be occasions that you will be required to change your hours to work additional split shifts to cover periods of absence.
