Service Manager

We are looking to recruit a service manager for 30hrs per week to lead and manage this services. You will be a person who thrives on making a positive difference and who enjoys empowering people to succeed.

As a service manager you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the service including supporting and managing a staff team, ensuing that people using the services are provided with support which enables development and personal progression whilst ensuring that the service is compliant to internal policies, procedures and external legislation and standards.
You will be involved in the assessment and transition of young adults moving into the service, consulting with social workers, families and other professionals. You will develop the team to be focused on enabling others to achieve their individual goals and aspirations.

You will be supported in this role by the Registered Manager and the supported living management team
