Full Job Description

As a full-time Senior Support Worker, you will work shifts over a flexible seven-day Rota, possibly including some responsive nights. You will work alongside the Service Manager helping to manage the staff team fulfilling a range of administrative duties while actively working creatively and appropriately whilst acting as a role model ensuring staff work within the organisation's policies, procedures, systems and adhere to the core values of Kingwood. Please note some admin skills are required for this role.

You will have the opportunity to become involved in the local community yourself seeking out opportunities for healthy living, exercise, volunteering and seeking out social activities to extend her interests and social groups.
