By fostering inclusivity and care, we work collaboratively to improve the well-being of our colleagues, customers, and communities., As the Senior CRM Manager, you will lead our CRM initiatives, overseeing strategy and communication across all channels to enhance customer relationships and drive significant business growth. You will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement efforts, driving retention and maximising customer lifetime value.,

  • Lead the CRM team to define and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that align with our business goals.

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel contact strategy to optimise customer engagement, revenue, and retention.

  • Design personalised customer lifecycle journeys and automated campaigns to increase Customer Lifetime Value.

  • Manage strategic partnerships with external CRM agencies and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Translate data insights into actionable CRM campaigns that meet both business and customer objectives.

  • Oversee customer marketing communications, including content and contact strategies.

  • Act as the business lead for CRM Martech solutions, promoting personalisation and efficiency.

  • Manage the annual CRM budget, ensuring effective expenditure and maximising ROI.

    Extensive CRM experience with high-profile, multi-channel consumer brands.

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful CRM campaigns.

  • Strong leadership skills, capable of driving team performance and development.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.

  • Solid analytical capabilities with a creative approach to marketing.

  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR and related compliance in CRM/email marketing.
