Retail Sales Assistant

Greet + assist customers in making purchases
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Maintain consistent sales
- Provide personalised customer service before, during, and after the sale
-Maintain a welcoming atmosphere + build a rapport with regulars.

We are seeking a personable, confident retail sales assistant to work weekends. (more hours hopefully available to you down the line once we're comfortable with your performance) You'll be trained alongside the manager, before being left to your own devices during weekends. Therefore the ideal candidate will need to be able to work off initiative and be confident enough to work alone (with additional support always available over the phone) Experience with vapes is preferable, but not necessary to the right candidate. You will need to be driven, to maintain sales. More hours, opportunities, and incentives will be made available to the right candidate over time. We're here to build you up, not put you down. - Basic math skills for processing transactions (the till will do most legwork don't worry)

- ability to work efficiently, under pressure, and juggle customer interactions if there's a queue
