Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes and supervise small in house team and sub contractors.

• Responsibilities:


- Coordinate and oversee the production process

- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery

- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff

- Implement and maintain quality control standards

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency

Knowledge of ISO9001 standards

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Proficiency in basic mathematics for inventory tracking

- Experience in sheet metal working and material routing

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Good communication to liase with clients on deliveries
