Practice Nurse (Diabetes)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Practice Nurse with strong Diabetes experience to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team., To have a particular interest in diabetes. To assist medical personnel in the care of practice patients to include treatment, preventative care, screening and patient education.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, motivated and a flexible team player to join our Practice.

We are a small, friendly rural Practice situated in a beautiful village.

We are a very busy Practice and the health and well-being of our patients is our main priority.

There is a lot of expertise and knowledge within our Clinical team which consists of GPs, GP Trainees, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and a HCSW.

In addition, we have a caring and helpful Patient Navigation / Reception team, a Dispensary team that provides excellent patient services and an efficient Administrative Department.
