Full Job Description

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ground & air source heat pump systems, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs.

  • Conducting site assessments to determine the suitability of properties for ground and air source heat pump installations.

  • Communicating with clients to understand their heating needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Ensuring all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining professional relationships.

  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in plumbing, heating, and renewable energy systems.

    We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer with a focus on ground & air source heat pump systems. While prior experience is preferred, we are committed to providing full training to the right candidate., Proven experience as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, with a background in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems.

  • Specific experience with ground & air source heat pump systems is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in ground & air source heat pump technology is essential.

  • Relevant technical qualifications in plumbing and heating, such as Level 2 or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, including Gas Safe Register (or equivalent) certification.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot heating systems effectively.

  • Full UK driving license.

  • Minimum of 2 years qualified onsite experience.


  • 28 days holiday, including bank holidays. Acquire an extra day annually.
