To provide administrative support to defined members of the team To administrate the Patient Pathway Coordinator Healthroster, ensuring it is an accurate reflection of staffing levels, working patterns, annual leave, and sickness absences. Planning the rota to ensure service levels are maintained. To manage stock levels, ensuring that that sufficient stationery and office equipment is available, and the department is working within its designated non-pay budget. To ensure timesheets are processed accurately and within designated deadlines. To support the investigation and response to complaints and DATIXs. To maintain the department Risk Register, updating as required and ensuring it is presented and discussed at the monthly management meeting Leading the Patient Access Focus Group, in order to ensure continuous improvement of staff engagement and satisfaction.
