Part time Support Worker-Driver

Our service supports people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions up and down the UK. We want people to live as independently as possible and to continue to offer that outstanding level of support we need people like you to join us and help to improve the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for enriching people's lives, enjoy having a positive impact on their wellbeing and take pride in knowing you are a part of something bigger., We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are Specialist Mental Health Services and established, offering adults person-centred care. We carefully develop and adapt homes to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health needs. The services are carefully located within thriving communities, offering a variety of educational, recreational and social activities.

We provide a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties who may be experiencing emotional distress. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our Support Workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual's needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.

Experience in a Care Environment essential
Experience in a mental health environment preferred
Good commination skills
Confidence to work alone
Passionate about making a difference to me and my life
Good written skills
Driving Licence essential so we can go on adventures
Good Sense of Humour and like to have fun
