Paralegal

Our team operates across three key areas: real property, residential landlord and tenant, and commercial landlord and tenant. As a pivotal team member, you'll primarily focus on real property and commercial landlord-tenant matters.

Your role involves collaborating with senior solicitors on complex, high-value litigation cases. You'll report to multiple solicitors within the team, assisting them in managing their caseloads. Ensuring exceptional service delivery-both internally and externally-is a core responsibility.

Additionally, you'll maintain critical management information in accordance with client service level agreements. Ready to make an impact?

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Understanding of Civil Litigation Process: Familiarity with the stages from pre-action to trial, including document exchange, witness statements, and compliance with court directions.


• Skills in Real Property Claims and Landlord-Tenant Disputes: Knowledge of property-related issues, such as trespass, nuisance, forfeiture, and breaches of lease agreements.


• Effective Communication and Legal Drafting: Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents, including particulars of claim.


• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.


• Adherence to Firm Values and CSR Agenda: Demonstrating commitment to ethical behaviour.
