Office Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of basic office items and systems within our facility, from painting and decorating to basic carpentry and furniture moving.

• Duties:


- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment

- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems and implement solutions

- Perform repairs on desks, kitchens and bathrooms

- Inspect and maintain building structures (e.g., roofs, walls)

- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Computer profficiency


• Nice-to-Have Skills:


- Professional certification in maintenance engineering

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting

TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY only
