Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive - Design Image to join our fantastic team!. This role supports the development of a key subject area within the business (including tactical implementation and delivery). The primary responsibility is to support revenue generation through the delivery of high quality, effective and brand aligned design. By maintaining a high degree of expertise and specialist knowledge in their area, they ensure that agreed objectives and targets are met. This includes maintaining a solid knowledge of new technologies, technical developments and the deployment of highly effective design content and collateral. The role is globally focused, working with management teams to develop the organization's capability in their specialist area.

What you will be doing:

  • Be a subject matter expert for digital content creation and deployment across T&F marketing.

  • Ensure T&F has highly effective, and brand aligned content. Design creation activities including


  • Editing and creation of graphic and image collateral

  • Creation of graphics and presentations

  • Creation of infographics, headers, banners and other collateral

  • Creation of and usage of design templates

  • Ensuring all design activities are within brand guidelines

  • Awareness of the appropriate, legal, safe and effective use of AI tool

  • Managing within agree design budgets


  • Collaborate with Regional teams, SOE team, Insight team, Workflow Managers and others to ensure content & copy are fully SEO optimised and drive best possible conversions

  • Collaborate with the web trading, Insight team and others, to support optimisation of customer journeys

  • Close adherence to briefing process (SLA and governance) for all work into the Digital Delivery, Merchandising and CRM groups.

  • Support the management of all workflows in line with ROI goals and brand guidelines.

  • Ensure constant development orientation with use of latest tools and techniques - specifically including AI techniques, tools, processes and thinking

    What we are looking for:

  • A strong portfolio and/or website showing your work

  • Detailed and strong experience in content creation, content creation KPIs on common marketing platforms, content creation tools, techniques and technologies.

  • Demonstrable experience and expertise and a high degree of proficiency in their area;

  • Advanced knowledge of page layout, proof marks/mark-ups, stylesheets and ability to follow design templates

  • Good knowledge of Litho Printing, Digital Printing, 4 colour process and Pantone Colours

  • Colour correction and picture manipulation

  • Good knowledge of difference between web and print design

  • Very good Knowledge of Mac OS, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat

  • Good knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Sketch and web design applications

  • Concept development, picture research and image manipulation

  • Effectively manages all information related to projects and corresponding KPIs.

  • Able to effectively present information to a variety of stakeholders

  • Maintains advanced knowledge of new marketing/industry trends
