Full Job Description

Bevan Buckland LLP are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our team based in Swansea. The successful candidate will provide support to our Marketing Manager with the strategic Marketing plan by taking responsibility for various marketing tasks.

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Support the Marketing Manager with the implementation of the yearly Strategic Marketing plan

- Coordinate and take ownership of the tenders and proposals process, conducting research, producing documentation and presentations for tenders

- Collate information regarding tenders and new enquiries

- Coordinate, distribute and collate results from the firm's client satisfaction survey

- Drafting posts for the firm's social media platforms

- Creating recruitment related social media posts and promoting any job vacancies within the firm

- Organising and attending corporate and marketing events

- Staying up to date with industry/topical news and updates to use information for marketing purposes

- Create graphics for various purposes using Canva

- Sending out mailshots via Mailchimp

- Act as a first point of contact for all marketing-related enquiries

- To take ownership of and continuously review and improve existing processes/procedures

- Conduct administrative tasks such as maintaining Excel Spreadsheets to measure marketing metrics.

- Proof-reading of blog posts and documents etc

- To liaise with third-party agencies to ensure that merchandise and stationery is ordered and delivered.

A minimum of 3 A-Levels at grade B or above, or equivalent

- Experience of working in a professional environment

Knowledge

- Good working knowledge of MS Office to a competent level, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Understanding of Marketing and an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing

Desirable Criteria

- Degree in Marketing, Business Management or another relevant subject

- Previous experience of working within Marketing
