Maintenance / Handyman / woman

Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide solutions
- Repair or replace broken or faulty components
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Strong welding skills for metal fabrication and repairs
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix mechanical problems
- Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to work with them effectively
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics for repairs and installations
