Belvoir Cardiff are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating residential property rentals, always providing exceptional customer service.

• Responsibilities:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords

- Market properties through various channels to attract potential tenants

- Handle inquiries from prospective tenants and assist clients in the rental process from start to finish

- Perform property viewings

- Negotiate rental agreements

- Conduct routine rental property visits for inspections

- Positively contribute to finding and winning new Landlord business.
