Full Job Description
- Deal with Tenant enquiries and ensure regulations are adhered to.
- Willing to learn and become an expert lettings agent
- Meeting monthly targets to ensure there are no vacant properties or void periods.
- To be well organised within all aspects of the role, especially when managing your viewings between sites.
- Responsible for converting enquiries to tenant occupancies.
- Prepare property advertisements and write descriptions.
- Travelling between sites to carry out viewings on all South London residential units.
- Working hours 9am-6pm (hours may vary and Saturdays may be included)
You will ideally have 3 year of experience within residential lettings for flats let on ASTs, and are able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment., The ideal candidate can hit the ground running with regards to enquiries and be comfortable with travelling to south London. You will be both motivated and enthusiastic about property, enjoy working within a target-driven environment, possess good communication and customer service skills, have excellent organizational and time management skills and have a smart and presentable appearance.
