HGV Class 2 Driver

Due to multiple long-term contracts, we currently have a vacancy for a skilled HGV driver to join our vibrant and dynamic teams of on-site specialist cleaning teams operating across the UK.

As a driver/operator, your main responsibility will be to competently drive our trucks to designated sites and then operate the jetting and suction equipment on the trucks while on-site. You will collaborate closely with our team of Confined Space Operatives to manage the removal of media from waste water assets and ensure its safe disposal at approved locations.

Your role will involve safely and efficiently operating and driving various trucks and plant equipment. The majority of our work is centred on waste water/sewage treatment sites and pumping stations for UK water companies and their subcontractors.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, hard working, enjoy a bit of team banter, not frightened of getting stuck in with the team and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Candidates would need to be able to keep calm under pressure, understand client expectations, have an eye for detail and understand the parameters of working for a business that is governed by Health & Safety.

Please note that regular nights away Monday to Friday are required for this role.

There is excellent earning potential, a competitive basic hourly rate, overtime within the week and weekend work will be required as and when requested by the client.

Full PPE and training will be provided and holiday entitlement is 28 days which includes bank holidays.
