Full Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Grounds maintenance Operative to work in the Lincolnshire & Yorkshire Areas. Candidate maybe required to occasionally work away.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your day will be varied & will include a mix of:

  • Grass Cutting


  • Shrub, Bed & Hedge maintenance


  • Fly-tip clearance


  • Litter clearance


  • Hard surface maintenance


  • Tree works


  • Strimming


  • Weed control


  • As required: Planting, turfing, Vegetation clearance & fencing.


    • Candidate will be provided with a company phone , uniform & access to all the equipment & machinery you will need to complete works.

    Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reporting on works completed using a I Pad


  • Ensuring all checks are carried out on vehicles, equipment & machinery as required.

    Have a minimum of one years grounds maintenance experience


  • Full clean driving Licence


  • PA1 & PA6 spraying Licence - advantageous but not essential


  • Chainsaw Licence - advantageous but not essential


  • Be highly motivated & reliable


  • Have the ability to demonstrate initiative .
