Hope House Children's Hospices have an opportunity for a Fundraising Engagement Officer to join our Stewardship Team; the role will be on a hybrid basis with an office base of either Oswestry or Conwy as required. You will join us on either 37.5 hours full-time or 30 hours part-time, permanent basis. In return, our Fundraising Engagement Officer will receive a competitive salary of £26,930 - £33,599 per annum FTE (depending on experience.

About the Fundraising Engagement Officer role:
Reporting to the Relationship Development Manager, the Fundraising Engagement Officer will work as part of the Stewardship Team to build, manage and nurture relationships with supporters, develop and deliver a creative supporter journey and work proactively with the wider fundraising team (fundraising, lottery, communications, donations) to maximise income generation, donor engagement and retention across all areas of fundraising., We are looking for an Fundraising Engagement Officer who will:
Work closely with the Relationship Development Manager to develop and implement a Thanking and Engagement Programme, with the focus on donor retention and encouraging further support.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with our donors by developing creative effective, powerful, engaging, nurturing and personal communications to our supporters demonstrating the impact of their support and maintaining their commitment to Hope House & Ty Gobaith.
Write engaging and powerful communications to thank and engage our supporters ensuring the communications reflect the charity's key messages and adhere to brand guidelines.
Develop and manage stewardship campaigns to existing supporters to achieve set goals.
Carry out detailed analysis on all stewardship activities and provide detailed recommendations for future plans and projects.
Set and continuously review targets, provide regular progress reports and develop personal monthly and annual work plans.
Update and maintain records on raiser's edge as required including communication preferences
