Full Job Description

As part of our Front on House team at our indoor golf facility, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operations at the front desk and throughout the facility. You will handle inquiries, bookings, payments, and assist with various tasks to ensure an enjoyable experience for our patrons. You will also be asked to make various drinks such as coffees, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks.,

  • Customer Service Excellence.

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide information about our services, packages, and promotions.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.

  • Assist customers with equipment setup and offer basic instructions on facility usage.

  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution to any issues.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries effectively and efficiently.

  • Manage customer bookings using our reservation system.

  • Process payments accurately and securely

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the facility, including common areas and restrooms.

  • Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and tournaments.

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, including emergency protocols.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to relay customer feedback, issues, and suggestions.

    Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with reservation systems or point-of-sale software is preferred.

  • Knowledge of golf or experience working in a sports-related facility is an advantage.

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

    Pay: £7.00-£13.00 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
