Full Job Description

  • Greeting customers as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus, and discuss allergen requirements

  • Taking the customers' orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation

  • Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables

  • Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments

  • Operating the drink station and coffee machine

  • Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials

  • Clear and clean tables and restaurant

  • Assist with pot washing duties

  • Maintain a clean restaurant and assist with cleaning kitchen

  • Training and courses will be offered to new employees

    Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred but not necessary

    • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities and customer service skills

    Note: Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
