Field Service Technician - Fire

As a Field Service Technician - Fire at Honeywell, covering Northampton, Peterborough and Cambridge, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, commissioning, fault finding on Fire systems on our customer sites, be the first line escalation for GENT supported products and provide effective repair as required.

Key requirements
Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults on a variety of Honeywell and 3rd party equipmentIdentify opportunities for system improvements and provide prices for Small Works QuotesCarry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients whilst delivering a valuable and professional serviceReport possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement
