Full Job Description
- Diagnose and rectify EPoS, networking, and IT issues.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks for EPoS, IT, and networking devices.
- Contribute to AV, digital signage, and customer rollout projects.
- Provide on-site support for EPOS, IT, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve regional SLA targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company with pride and deliver outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and customer support skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems effectively.
£27,000 - £31,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time
