EXPERIENCED SALES NEGOTIATOR - INTERNAL SALES

The successful candidates could be joining our fantastic teams based in our iconic premises in Carmarthen and Capel Hendre near Ammanford

You will be supporting the Branch Manager/Directors in achieving and exceeding sales targets at optimum margins, together with ensuring high standards, whilst building and maintaining a loyal customer base.

You will be required to generate and co-ordinate sales through the office, via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.

If you are an experienced Sales Negotiator with a proven track record, we want to hear from you., · A minimum of 2-3 years' experience of a similar role within the builder's merchants industry.

· Has extensive knowledge of lightsideand heavyside building products.

· A professional with drive, energy and focus, together with strong attention to detail.

· Is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an outstanding level of customer service.

· Is well organised and structured in delivery of customer requirements.

· Possesses excellent customer service skills, naturally generating relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers and is able to deal with customer queries and problems promptly as required.,

• Sales: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:
