Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Environmental Protection Officer to join our team within the Environmental Protection Unit on the beautiful Isle of Man.

Working alongside the Environmental Protection Unit Manager you will be responsible for providing a waste regulation service for the Isle of Man Government to protect human health and the environment.

Our current priorities include tackling illegal management of controlled waste, working with the Department of Infrastructure and other stakeholders to assist in the development of a new Waste Policy & Strategy for the Island and bringing Manx waste legislation to align more with UK protocols.

A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
