Are you experienced in technology support? Do you enjoy solving tech issues whilst providing a high level of customer satisfaction? If so, we have an exciting Fixed Term Contract working for our Digital Operations Support team supporting our digital products and services.

The Digital Operations Product Specialist function plays a vital role in the success of our Digital products by ensuring that all operational considerations are taken and required product level support is provided through testing, documentation and training.

As a member of the Digital Operations Product Specialist team, you will play a vital role in protecting the reputation of our Digital Product portfolio and help us to provide our guests with fantastic experiences with memories which last a lifetime.
What you will be doing:
- Responsibility for assisting the aligned Product Specialist to support the Tribe and ensure product success.
- Supporting new/changed products through documentation and training to support the overall operational readiness.
- Contributing to the operational knowledge required within the Digital Operations function to better support the Digital-owned critical products and services (Knowledge Management).
- Complete business critical tasks to assist with product Go-live success and ongoing BAU support.
- Supporting the Product Specialist on the training of park teams in the use of Digital Products and Platforms to ensure a smooth transition.
- Raising operational awareness around products on the run up to live.
- Quality testing crucial changes prior to deployment to our team and customers.

Previous experience providing project/product support within a Digital oriented organisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deliver to agreed deadlines.
Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product-related tasks.
Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge articles .
Able to work autonomously to complete any and all tasks assigned.
Customer-centric approach.
