Full Job Description

  • Attendance Management: Record attendance and manage appointments to ensure seamless deployment sessions. Ensure adequate stock of laptops and peripherals for each session.

  • Inventory Management: Securely store and maintain proper records of all deployment stock on-site. Monitor stock levels and communicate with the core team for replenishment if needed.

  • Device Deployment: Guide staff through Autopilot deployment, providing support and troubleshooting as necessary. Collect Windows 10 devices upon successful deployment of Windows 11 devices.

  • Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to deployment guidelines and provide recommendations for improvement. Record any new issues for further investigation.

  • Collaboration: Participate in daily debriefs with the project team, contributing insights and updates on deployment progress.

  • Ability to troubleshoot end-user compute issues.

  • Previous experience in device deployment.


  • Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Prisma Access.
