Full Job Description

To contribute to the depot's EBITDA by the efficient and effective handling and processing of customer orders

As the Customer Services Representative, it is your responsibility to:

  • Receipt and processing of customers' orders onto M4 computer system.

  • Document of all relevant information from customer orders.

  • To check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders.

  • Regularly update information on system including maintenance of customer pricing records

  • Receive and process enquiries, and quotes, and ensure these are followed up.

  • Complete general administration which includes filing and external/internal post.

  • Create of delivery and shipping documentation.

  • Liaise with other sales staff to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Communication with customers regarding concessions and any other required information.

  • Document all customer complaints

  • Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the Site Manager

    Minimum of Grade C achieved for GCSE Mathematics & English or equivalent.

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, pressurized environment within customer services or another administrational role.
