Full Job Description

We're recruiting for a Corporate Accounts Team Manager to join us on a fixed term basis.

Through inspirational leadership and personification of our values you will, facilitate the delivery of the highest standards of service to customers, colleagues and advisors so that they want to join us, stay with us and recommend us.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide inspirational leadership and team management to ensure that individuals are well motivated, informed and empowered.

  • Ensure customers are provided with a first-class service every time in order that Customers are Treated Fairly (TCF) and to promote customer satisfaction, retention and advocacy.

  • Take ownership when things go wrong and do all you can to put things right in order to ensure that problems are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Take responsibility for your own development in order to maximise your own potential and contribution to the wider-LGIM team.

  • Take responsibility for your own behaviour in order to positively influence your team's, and the wider-LGIM team's growth and their working relationships.

  • Manage work to the required standards, whilst constantly seeking

  • improvements in order to enhance the customer experience.

  • Share information and ideas, trust and respect your colleagues and give them reason to trust and respect you in order to contribute to an open and fair working environment.

    Good knowledge of c.150 current and historical Unit Trust products and funds including OEICs and structured products/deposits.

  • Good knowledge of Corporate Account systems, procedures and Contingencies.

  • Working knowledge of the Investment Strategy involving Corporate Accounts Team.

  • Detailed knowledge of the Collective Investment Scheme Workbook (COLL) within field of responsibility, with an emphasis on Financial Crime prevention
