The Role: Contracts Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join their team, responsible for overseeing project implementation and delivery. The role involves managing various projects, focusing on specialist joinery and glazed partitioning packages, delivered on a subcontract basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams.
- Ensure completion of all project aspects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Ensure flawless project delivery, minimizing snagging issues.
- Manage at least two contracts simultaneously.
- Liaise with construction teams, landlords, and clients.
- Coordinate design control and liaise directly with designers.
- Supervise Site Managers and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits (minimum one day per week).
Previous experience with a Specialist Interior Fit-Out Contractor demonstrating a track record in installing packages such as Joinery, Glazed Partitions, Ceilings, Drywall, etc. - Familiarity with the pre-construction process.
- Ability to organise and manage project design phases effectively.
- Proficient in collating information from the team to prepare and present project reports.
- Understanding of compliance with Health & Safety policies and management systems.
