Full Job Description

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential

  • Basic IT skills, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Taking inbound telephone calls to book repairs for a range of different appliances

  • Offering a range of cleaning solutions to keep the customer's appliance maintained

  • Providing excellent customer outcomes


  • Once fully trained other areas to progress into are:

    Extended warranty, insurance, parts and appliance sales (Uncapped commission)

    Customer Resolutions, dealing with more complex customer queries

    Digital Team, dealing with customers via our live chat and social platforms

  • Contact centre advisor within the Sales and Customer Service departments

  • Full time

  • 1 in 2 weekend rotation (1 day) with a rostered day off in the week

  • Variable shift patterns across the centre opening hours

  • Starting salary £22,010.56 pro rata, potential to earn OTE in Sales roles

  • 2 weeks classroom training - this will be 8.30-5 Monday - Friday, Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

  • Saturday - 8:30am - 4:30pm

  • Sunday - 9:30am - 3:30pm
