Full Job Description

Reporting to the Chef de Partie you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Accurately measuring meal ingredients.

  • Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.

  • Preparing basic salads and sauces.

  • Learning how to cook and plate our dishes under the guidance of the chef brigade.

  • Complying with Food Handling Hygiene standards

  • Complying with Health Safety regulations
