Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our Commercial Team in this new role.

You will support the management of the fleet and material supply chain on a day-to-day basis, coordinating the compliance of audits, MOT and service schedules whilst engaging with our planning team in driving efficiencies.

Your key tasks would include:

Maintaining of our stock van audit programme and completing audits and vehicle checks
Monitoring and maintaining our materials stored at suppliers/pop ups and the budget management/purchase orders associated with this
Fleet inductions of new starters
Implement and maintain an effective plant register

This is a great new role to make your own and have the chance to implement and make change to current processes., You will have an understanding of carrying out stocktakes and inventory audits and ideas on how to track, monitor and manage equipment.

As the administrator for the Commercial team, you will also know how to raise purchase orders.
