Full Job Description

Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract - 24 hours a week, working 9am to 3pm, 4 days per week

What will you be responsible for?

As Cleaner, you'll be working within the Workplace Services team, supporting them in maintaining hygiene levels at Longton Fire Station.

Your day to day will include:

  • Cleaning duties within the commercial facilities, making sure all areas are clean and tidy

  • Cleaning surfaces, floor areas, wastage disposal and bathrooms, working in line with COSHH guidelines

  • Ensuring any pest issues are reported to senior staff members as soon as possible

  • You have previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office, or commercial building

  • Understand health and safety at work guidelines

  • You can prioritise your workload to cover the high-risk areas of cleaning first
