Full Job Description
- Contribute to providing outstanding care & a stimulating environment for all children
- Support the personal care needs of children whilst encouraging their independence (help with toileting, nappy changes & feeding)
- Support the Room Leader or other team members with observations when required
- Build up good relationships with other team members
- Provide equal opportunities for all children & their families
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, nursery events

The training you will be getting
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Early Years Educator Level 3, including Paediatric First Aid, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group
Communication skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Creative, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential
