Full Job Description

  • Cook and prepare many high quality types of dishes, produce sauces accompanying those dishes if necessary.

  • Ensure foods are stored and kept at proper holding temperatures;

  • Contribute to Innovation of new dishes, assist in improving current menu and creating fresh, flavoursome and well-balanced meals.

  • Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment;

  • Follow all company operational kitchen process and procedures, achieving all required standards;

  • Comply with food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations;

  • Supervise Kitchen Assistants to ensure that they meet the rules and regulations as well;

  • Maintain kitchen equipment and take care of waste, to ensure wastage is recorded and strict actions are followed;

  • Work with Head Chef to organize banquets, parties and other events

    Suitable candidate must have at least 1 year working experience in Chinese cuisine. Suitable candidate must be also proficient in Chinese as we are Chinese restaurant that most of our staffs are Chinese.
