Full Job Description

The Forest Arts team are looking for customer focussed people to provide a friendly welcome in our bar areas during live events and performances. Supporting a wide variety of events from comedy and talks to live performances and local festivals, this role will be integral in providing an excellent experience within our busy and exciting performance programme.

You'll join a supportive team of staff and volunteers dedicated to providing excellent customer service for all our visitors and helping our visitors enjoy exciting memorable experiences

A bit about you:

You'll be a people person who understands and appreciates great customer service. Whilst you're happy to work on your own initiative you'll also enjoy working with a wider team. You'll be efficient and able to accurately handle cash and card transaction. And you'll be able to work under pressure and step up a gear during busier periods.

This post is offered on casual basis, and you will be offered shift work along with business needs. Hours will be ad hoc and sporadic, including evenings and weekends. There is no obligation for us to offer work and similarly you need not accept the hours on offer.

Finally as this post involves the selling of alcohol you will need to be over 18 to apply.
