Full Job Description

- Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and businesses regarding projects, and liaise with the company's engineers and other professionals to provide accurate responses.
- Provide cost estimates and payment plans to clients.
- Maintain and manage the schedule of projects undertaken by the company.
- Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including preparation of sales invoices and maintenance of sales activity records.
- Coordinate with management and sales teams to ensure business profitability.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints or forward them to the relevant sales team member for resolution.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development in both sectors.
Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and administrative processes. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using business management software and tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
