Full Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results

Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of software industry trends and technologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
