Full Job Description

What you'll be responsible for:

  • To have the key skills and competencies to provide high quality Psycho-Social assessment with the ability to undertake robust risk assessment and gatekeeping in the community?

  • To have a level of commitment and drive to work as part of a team in providing Home Treatment to people during this difficult period in their lives

  • Working in a team of professionals caring for those in mental health crisis.

  • Work flexibly in response to service needs across multiple sites.

  • Take responsibility for case management of those with Complex MH needs.

  • Supporting colleagues in the delivery of compassionate, safe and structured care

  • Plan and provide treatment in collaboration with others as appropriate.


    • The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

  • Experience of working with people in MH crisis

  • Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviours and or conflicts

  • Car driver with the ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites

  • Be able to work 9-5, Monday to Friday.

    4 days 1st week / 3 days following week cumulative over 7 days a week
