Full Job Description

Working within a diverse, high-energy team, the B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue and growth across the Marshall portfolio of businesses.

This high-impact role will work across all company functions and, interact with customers and suppliers as well as employees.

Your responsibilities in this role of B2B Marketing Manager include :

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to promote the Marshall brand to existing and potential new customers utilising a broad marketing mix across a variety of market sectors.

  • To create compelling content that drives traffic and engagement across Marshall's portfolio of digital platforms.

  • Managing marketing efforts for brand position and awareness, lead generation, web site development and content curation / creation, as well as sales and event collateral.


  • You will do this by :
  • Developing and executing B2B / B2G marketing plans that may include email campaigns, participation in industry (and internal) conferences and events, webinars, and website / social media updates

  • Creating impactful multi-media campaigns that tell the Marshall story, promote its range of products and services or demonstrate our thought leadership position in our chosen markets.

  • Ensuring the consistency of all messaging, branding, and content, marketing materials

  • Performing industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help brand positioning

  • Coordinating and monitoring ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

  • Working with group PR lead to identify opportunities for positive press coverage and speaking opportunities

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and experience in B2B marketing / Communication

  • Proven track record managing marketing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis

  • Ability to identify a story and create world class written content

  • SEO, Google Analytics and Google Ad Word expertise

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions

  • An internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines - a proactive mentality with the curiosity and desire to learn.

  • Proven organisational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

  • Expertise within Social Media


  • This position requires a candidate who possesses a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.
