Assistant Store Manager

We're looking for a full time assistant store manager to join the Lakeland family, As Assistant Manager you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the running of the store. You'll be focused on delivering store targets as well as ensuring that retail operational standards both on the shop floor and back of house are maintained. There are rotas to produce, colleagues to train, deliveries to unload, promotions to arrange, products to merchandise and window displays to set up, so you'll certainly be kept busy!

You'll able to demonstrate an excellent record of face-to-face customer service in a retail environment and have great communication skills, along with some managerial or supervisory experience., Above all we love to recruit team members who love fashion, have a positive attitude and are hard-working team players who can roll up their sleeves to add value to Lakeland.
