  • What does this Administrator job involve?

    Hours of Work: 10 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 10:00 - 13:00

  • Managing correspondence

  • Coordinating responses to emails and general enquiries in collaboration with other team members

  • Arrange meetings and book meeting rooms

  • Create and circulate agendas / minutes for meetings

  • Assist with the arrangement of workshops, events, travel requirements, catering etc

  • General book-keeping tasks, including management of receipts and invoices

  • General office duties, including filing etc

  • Management of CRM database, including member records, updating supporter details, coordinating tasks and scanning correspondence

  • Contribute to preparation of reports for Trustee meetings

  • Assist with Mailchimp marketing platform

  • Liaise and support with fundraising functions on strategic plans, objectives and content calendar.

  • Where relevant, support in recruitment of staff, external professionals/contractors and volunteers

    Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for banking & other purposes, preferred

  • Supportive of Nice 2 Meet Ya's ethos, mission, vision and charitable objectives

  • Prior office management / administration experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work on own initiative and without direct supervision with excellent time management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality issues

  • Good working knowledge of CRM databases or similar

  • Good understanding of social media platforms, Mailchimp also helpful

  • Desirable:
  • Personal or professional experience of learning disabilities or neurodiversity

  • Knowledge/ experience of working with not for profit/ charities
