Administration - Finance Assistant

To assist the Finance Manager with the primary ledgers.,

• Raise Daily Sales Invoices


• A/P data processing


• Supplier statement reconciliations


• A/P query resolution


• BACS run


• Raise manual payments


• Cashbook reconciliation


• A/R query resolution


• Credit control activities


• Maintain Petty Cash
  
  Experience with the implementation of an ERP would be an advantage.


• Fully AAT qualified and/or training towards full accountancy qualification.


• This role would suit someone who has an interest in the manufacturing process as well as an eye for detail and a passion for accountancy.


• Work experience within finance is essential, full training will be given to the successful candidate.
